22nd Annual Environmental Health Science Symposium
The Environmental Health Science (EHS) Club is hosting it's annual EHS Symposium on March 29, 2017 from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm pm on the EKU Campus at Perkins Hall. The Symposium is open to EKU EHS students, EKU faculty, citizens from area communities, industry representatives, and local and state Health Department EHS practitioners from around Kentucky. The symposium’s purpose is to provide a forum for EHS students to hear from professionals about the practical applications of what they learn in class, and to build the relationships that are necessary for future employment and internships.
Registration includes a continental breakfast and lunch, the opportunity to hear some excellent speakers, and networking. Registration fees are $10 for students and $30 for professionals and non-students. The deadline for early registration ends on March 22, 2017. For those interested in attending the symposium, contact Dr. Paul Rosile, EHS Club faculty advisor, at email@example.com or Philip Heath, Club President, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
